If you are not satisfied with the unlocked plan, request a full refund.
What is covered
- The full one-time purchase price.
- Plans that felt too obvious, did not fit the stated situation, or were not useful.
- Duplicate purchases or technical problems that prevented access.
How to request it
- Open the private contact form.
- Select “I want a refund.”
- Enter the email used at Stripe Checkout and briefly describe what happened.
Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing time can vary. No investment loss, tax cost, interest, or other consequential amount is reimbursed.
No complicated process
You do not need to complete a long questionnaire. Provide the checkout email so the purchase can be found and briefly say that you were not satisfied.
